Hungry House celebrates unique food concepts and inspiring chefs, giving talent a platform to share their food with the world. The HH team brings an incredible depth of knowledge from operations and culinary development, to digital ecosystems and wholesale channels. We are thrilled to be working with them at Pure Grit BBQ at 36 Lexington Ave.
What matters most to us, is our loyal community and our commitment to serving delicious vegan, gluten-free food. Here are the policies that will guide our kitchen to ensure no cross-contamination:
Pure Grit will maintain designated storage areas, prep stations, an oven, and a fryer.
Shared equipment will be used independently and cleaned thoroughly between uses.
Marge and Bessie, our smokers, will continue to exclusively smoke our signature BBQ mains.
