The Green Stuff

What some call Green Goddess Dressing, we call The Green Stuff. It goes with everything and on everything. It is cool and creamy and balances out smoke and spice like no other.


 

Ingredients.

  • 1 cup vegan mayo

  • 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • Large bunch of parsley leaves, minced (about 2 tablespoons)

  • Smaller bunch of chives, minced (about 4 teaspoons)

  • 3 teaspoons shallot, minced (about 1 shallot)

  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard

  • 2 teaspoons chickpea miso

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
